Alter dropdown query or override classes

Hello everybody!

I want to alter open ticket form category dropdown, I need to change database query. I have done it, but altering GLPI core.
I haven't seen any hook to do it with a plugin, and I think it is impossible to override ticket.class in a plugin, isn't it?

Could I do it without alter GLPI core?

Thanks in advance smile

Re: Alter dropdown query or override classes

What do you want to do exactly?
With a plugin you can refuse ticket creation if the category selected is not set, or not a correct value with other fields selected...

Re: Alter dropdown query or override classes

You can't change already defined dropdown with a plugin.
But you can create your own one

PHP 5.6 - PHP 7.x - MySQL 5.6  - MariaDB 10.2 + APC + oOPcache
GLPI from 0.72 to dev version
