Prerequisites For using GLPI

Hi All,

We have 50 Users in our organization and might be each user have a chance to raise at least 10 tickets every day.

May I know which configuration is suitable for this situation.

And for Database can i use SQL Server Express Edition ? (Free).

And please some help me in knowing the Hardware configuration also for Using GLPI for the above situation.
