GLPI 9.1.6: Requester (Acter) bug.

This is fairly major because it affects the audit trail.

If multiple requestors are added to a ticket after creation, the user attribution on (at least) the first entry in the Timeline is changed to whoever was last added.

This is  bad - as it means that the original requestor's ID is not visible. This has already caused confusion on some ticket handling.

In 9.2, you only have one of requester.
