Hi all,
I have upgraded my GLPI today to 9.1.6 (coming from 9.1.3) and I am now seeing the issue that all tickets where automatically assigned to the Techican which is running the mailgate under automatic actions.
I have seen that there was a bug in Version 9.1.5

Is this the same issue? Any suggestions on how to solve or workaround?

Yes. But you have the correction if you want to fix it before the next version
