Hi everyone,
I´m testing GLPI v 9.1.4.
I want to disable option edit tickets by a user "self-service". Is it possible to disable it?

HI,
a self-service user can edit tickets as long as they are to "new" status.
after you can set profile to see tasks, folowups, edits followup, (or not) depending of what you want.

Hi, LaDenrée!
Thank you!
Ok, so I want to automatically change status from "new" to the another. I mean after a self-service user create a ticket, I want to automatically change status to "solved". Can I do this?
I need this because, I have to hide field "By" in edit tickets. I didn't find a solution to this problem and now I would like to do what I wrote above.

You can do that in the cycle life in your profile
CentOS 6.5 - CentOS 7.x
PHP 5.6 - PHP 7.x - MySQL 5.6 - MariaDB 10.2 + APC + oOPcache
GLPI from 0.72 to dev version

Hi all,
I use GLPI 9.2.1 and "Self-Service" profile can edit its tickets (Title and Description at least).
I have enabled only these options: See My Tickets, Create Tickets, See Group Tickets, See Public Followups, Add followup (requester), Add followups (group)
Self-Service use simplified interface and I tried to use standard interface

Any Progress on this issue. Self service still can edit the ticket information even after it has been assigned. Please assist.
if a follow up is added to the ticket, Self service cannot edit the ticket. i tried to automatically add a follow up to all new tickets, that way the tickets can have a follow up on creation and not be edited. However, i cannot automatically add a follow up.
please assist, i am new to GLPI and need a solution to this as soon as possible.

Hi Zinhles,
You can add an automatic followup with Escalation plugin:
https://plugins.glpi-project.org/#/plugin/escalade
Just enable: Escalation history in tasks.
Cheers.

I think any progress on this issue. Auto is still editable even when specified. I'm not very familiar with GLPI, I think I need support
