lsFirst Installation: Error 500 after choosing language

Hello everyone,

First I gotta admit I'm new with the topic GLPI. The used version is GLPI 0.9.5, it's setup on a Virtual Machine with a Debian Distribution (8.6) on an Apache2 Webserver. Used PHP Version is 5.6. The issue which appeared is the following:
After (hopefully) installing and updating all the packages and assuring all requirements are fulfilled I tried to do the webbased setup on my localhost. I get to the GLPI Site - get to choose the preferred language - and afterwards I get announced the Error 500.
On my Apache2 Errorlog there's no usefull reference to php file this problem is connected. It's just a guess, that it has something to do with the install.php...

Probably someone here could help me out? (If some Screenshots or logs or any further information is required I'll provide it as far as possible)

Many thanks!

Addendum: Before I set up the Version GLPI 0.84 almost the same way (just with Ubuntu and not Debian) and didn't have any problems at all - just no compatibility with OCS Inventory NG - so I had to upgrade.
