Super-Admin profile. I can´t create new entity

I´m Administrator of GLPI in my company. We´re going to use this app for first time.
All it was installed fine and mostly of utillities are working, but there is one weird bug I can´t solve.
When I try  create a new entity or create children entitiies from Root entity, I get an advice that I have got not permissions....
How is It possible if I have the highest profile category with all permissions enabled??

Version of GLPI used ?
Have you errors in GLPI logs ?
