Forcing users to select the entity

Hello guys.
I need the entity of choice screen is opened after login. I need to force users to choose where they want to open your calls.
They are opening the default entity (Root (tree structure)).
We have several entities, each is a sector (IT, finance, marketing, sales). All users can open called for all entities.

root
> IT
> Financial
> Marketing
> Commercial

Is there any way to set this up? Any modification in the code?

Current version 0.90.3.
Thanks

Re: Forcing users to select the entity

You can't do that natively.

CentOS 6.5 - CentOS 7.x
PHP 5.6 - PHP 7.x - MySQL 5.6  - MariaDB 10.2 + APC + oOPcache
GLPI from 0.72 to dev version
Certifiée ITIL (ITV2F, ITILF, ITILOSA)

Re: Forcing users to select the entity

Hello.
I realized that I will not be able to change the selection screen of the entities.
There is another type of configuration I get what I said?

Thank you.

Re: Forcing users to select the entity

Could you use Location for the different departments?

Alternatively if the user account only has post rights for a single entity then their tickets will be forced into that entity.

Re: Forcing users to select the entity

I believe it can not be.

For example. The entities are:

root
> IT
> Financial
> Marketing
> Commercial

All users can open up called for all entities.
Each entity has administrator users it. For example:

The Financial entity has users responsible for calls for it.
The Marketing entity has users responsible for calls for it.

I would like to keep this logic. But with the change that commented above. (With the option to change the entity after login.)

Thanks

Re: Forcing users to select the entity

Hello,

I have more or less the same problem: I need users from a child entity to be able to select users from another parallel entity, but I don't see how to do this without putting all users at the root. This creates other issues, such as access to categories they are not supposed to see.

How can this be resolved?
