My Settings/Preferences:

Re: GLPI - PDF plugin 1.0 missing Processing ticket option in preferences

Okay.
When we print to PDF tickets we need to tick processing ticket and items.
We would like to save these options in my settings.
In my settings for print to PDF tickets there isn't an option for processing ticket.
Processing ticket is missing from my settings for tickets.

My Settings/Preferences:
GLPI plugin 1.0 -My Settings - Print to PDF 2 top
GLPI plugin 1.0 -My Settings - Print to PDF 2

Print ticket:
GLPI plugin 1.0 -Ticket - Print to PDF 2

Re: GLPI - PDF plugin 1.0 missing Processing ticket option in preferences

Re: GLPI - PDF plugin 1.0 missing Processing ticket option in preferences

Sorry I don't know French but from what i read in Google translate I gather it can't be done as processing ticket is a tab grouping. The option for ticket processing doesn't exist outside if the tickets page.

In preferences could you make another grouping. So processing ticket option really selects tasks, follow ups, documents and solutions?

Re: GLPI - PDF plugin 1.0 missing Processing ticket option in preferences

No i can't add an other option because this option is not correct for core processing that i use.
If you conserve old tabs, you have options for tasks, followups, documents and solution

Yes I enabled old tabs but solution isn't a ticket preference.
