add more elements to a new contract

Hello,

i upgraded glpi from 0.83 to 0.85.3
I just create a new contract and i would like associated some computers to this contract.
But when i add one element to this contratc, i can't add another element. ( i can just add one element to this new contract).

but if i take an old contract with associated 7 elements, i can add a new element (8, 9 or more elements).

Why can i add more that one element to an old contract, and just one to new contract?

is it a bug, or is it normal?

Number of authorized linked items depends of parameter "Max number of items"
