what is the difference between internal from external?
and what influences the setting "Rate to trigger survey"?

internal : glpi creates a new tab for satisfaction in ticket.
external : glpi sends an url pointing to external sofwares for survey : lime survey, ....
rate to trigger : disable : each ticket closure will generate survey, 10% : 1 closure/10 will generate survey, and so on...
