First of all, great system! Love the rules system.
I have two questions / FR's:
1) Is it possible to set a ticket to 'Pending state' accompanied with a date to automatically change the state back to 'Processing'? For instance, I made an appointment for next week on monday, then I would not want to see the ticket until that day.
2) When an unknown email address emails GLPI a ticket is created, but the Requester field remains empty. I cannot make a rule based on the email address. I would like to create a rule based on the ending of the senders email address (in case of an unknown email address). For instance, we have a customer who has a domain 'customerA.com'. I want each ticket created from an email address ending in @customerA.com assigned to the group 'Tickets from CustomerA'.

1) no it's not possible actually in GLPI
2) Humm it's not possible with the rules system . You could'not create the users before in GLPI ?
Another way would be to use entity for each customer and create email adress for support for each custormers
