No OCS servers defined after upgrade

Hello,
I upgraded my GLPI, following the directions very carefully.  I am now experiencing a problem with OCSNG.

under Setup/OCSNG Mode everything looks perfect.  The server reports "Connection to OCS database successful" and "Valid OCS NG configuration and version".

When I look under Tools/OCSNG it shows under the heading "Choice of OCS server" the note "No OCS servers defined".

The inventoried system show up in the Inventory/computers, but only their names, not any of the details like OS or drives.

I'm not sure where to go from here, I've checked the logins for the OCS account manually in MySQL, they work fine.  The ocsreports URL loads perfectly from the browser (http://<IP.ADDRESS>/ocsreports).

The server on which GLPI and OCS is running is:
Ubuntu 8.10
4G RAM
500G SATA drives
dual core Intel CPU

Offline
