Hi,
When an user creates a ticket and the helpdesk form appears, I want that in the Device Type field the computer option by default. Now, when a ticket is created, General option is the default value for these field.

You can limit the device type used in the helpdesk.
The default device will always be General because it is not possible to determine the hardware the user want.
You need to modify the source code if you want to do such a thing

Ok. It's not a problem. The users will have to indicated the type of the hardware.
