problems with mail tracking

I was wondering if there is anything else needed to be configured for the mail tracking to work. On the Mail Gateways section I configured an imap account with propers settings:

imap hostiname with SSL, NO-TSL, NO-VALID-CERT with port 993 and correct username and password. When I click on "Get email tickets now" I get the following message:

Number of available and retrieved emails: 0

But there are mails on that account, old and unread. What could be the problem?

Re: problems with mail tracking

Thanks anyway, apperently I needed to remove parameters from email and port field, even though they are correctly assigned. Had to do this by trial and error smile

Re: problems with mail tracking

I had the same issue. To get it to work all I filled in was the name (of the gateway), server, login, and password, I left everything else blank (including pop/imap selection).
