Assigning tickets to different entities

Is there a way we can assign a category to a different person within different entities?

For example - if the requestor is in entity "Company 1", the ticket in the category HARDWARE goes to Steve, But it the requestor is in entity "Company 2" with the same category, it would go to David.

I have been racking my head over this and the only way I can see is to make multiple rules for each category that do entity checks.  Was hoping there was a better (more streamlined) way.

Re: Assigning tickets to different entities

I think this is the only solution in 0.71

In 0.72, you will be able to write a single rule to affect the ticket to a "recursive" group, which seems to be an enhancement : each technician (Steve, David, ...) in the "HARDWARE" group could handle ticket for his entity.
