I am looking to implement some components of ITIL and two of the items I need to define are SLAs and Services and tie those to the CIs defined in GLPI. I know OTRS::ITSM has done work in this area, but I was wondering if these concepts will be integrated into GLPI anytime soon? I've seen references to ITIL processes becoming incorporated into GLPI, but nit until 0.75 or later. Is anyone else using GLPI or a plugin to define SLAs or Services and tie them to assets? Thanks.

hello
no plugin have been made for that,
as you already saw it, it's in the roadmap for the 0.75.
if you really need it, then you should contact glpi's parterns in order to evalute the cost of it
