Hello again...
When a ticket is created, it is only going to the person that created the ticket and not the person it is assigned to. I have already created a rule to automatically assign the ticket, and it is doing that part perfectly. However, the technician receives nothing while the requestor receives a confirmation.
I have used my own account so I should receive 2 emails when I create a ticket (one sent to requestor and one to "technician in charge of ticket") yet I get nothing...
here is the only item in my mail log:

An email was sent to xxxxx@xxx.com: [GLPI #0000023] Company > Parent | New ticket - TEST
Its only sending to the requestor and not even showing an error for the technician.

Fixed - I had changed some entities around and moved users after I made the rules. Apparently rules are entity specific.
