How to create a new database and presenve the data?

I think that my GLPI database have a problem, how can I create a new database and import all data?

Hi gcamacho.

That depends what kind of problems you have.
If the data in the database are intact - than just export them, either use the GLPI dump in Administration -> Data, or use do it in the SQL database yourself.
If data are not intact, I wouldn't recommend to copy that data to another database, you would probably end up with the same problem.

To cerate a new database is easy, just try to install GLPI again - you might do it on a differrent machine. During the installation process an empty database is created - you can dump the database and then put it into any other SQL server.
