precise IP adress search

Hello,

In the computer inventory if i want to search for the IP "192.168.1.1" the results are the computer with the adresses

192.168.1.1
192.168.1.10
192.168.1.11
192.168.1.12

Is it possible to search only "192.168.1.1" ?
