I have two types of groups,
Tech Support - A test profile
I.T. - default super-admin profile
If a user 'test' from Tech Support submits a ticket and is assigned to a person 'karl' in I.T. Everyone can view the ticket in Tech Support and I.T. (good). Now the 'karl' > I.T. will plan a meeting with 'test' > Tech Support. However only people in the I.T. group can see the ticket. The 'test' can not see the ticket nor the Tech Support group. Is this something that should happen or is it a glitch?

Show tickets create by my groups: Y
Show all tickets: N
Show public follow-ups: Y
View all follow-ups (public and private): Y
Statistics: N
View personnal planning: Y
See schedule of people of my groups: Y
View all planning: N
I.T. profile permissions are the default super-admin
Want to clarify the ticket can be seen in tracking from both groups just not the follow up date/time in the planner for Tech Support or the requester.
