GLPI License Tracking

I just wanted to know if there was something that i was missing in the License Tracking portion of GLPI.  Whenever i add a license i am able to set the number of seats associated with that license.  However when i add computers to that license it increases the available number of seats (when in reality it should decrease by 1).  I found a work around, if i add a computer to the license then decrease the remaining down to the given number left.  However if the given number is 0 left and i take the computer away from that license it assumes we have 0 left and clears the license out of the database.  THIS IS BAD if i want to use it to track my licenses, i can not have it clearing them out of the database.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
