Unable to see database lists

Hi all, I'm having some troubles with GLPI installation on my web space (it's not my private hosting space...).
Connection is ok, but I cannot see a database list:

Step 2
Test of the connection at the database
Database connection successful

Please select a database:

Create a new database or use an existing one:

I'm sure that I cannot create a new database with my account, I've also tested it:

Error in creating database !
Access denied for user 'Sql83470'@'%' to database 'db'

and with this I'm owner of nr. 5 databases...How I can proceed? There is the possibility to create a config/config_db.php file wiht 1 existing dabatase details and to use it for the installation process?

to install you have to create config_db.php and insert mysql dump in your DB.
