Deleted User

I went to delete a profile from a user and I believe it deleted the user entirely.  I went to go search in the trash and the user was not there.  She was an AD user so I went to re-sync her account and it said that the account already existed.  I looked at the logs and it looks it says "remove this user completely" and gives the record $ of the account.  I am in as myself as Super-user looking at the root entity.  Any suggestions?
