I 've got a minor issue with the technician profile.
In the profile, below vision, the item "show all tickets" is set to "No"
When a technician logs in, he only sees all tickets assigned to him or his group(s), so far so good.
But, he also sees the closed tickets, which is not desired.
Of course he can manually change to only show the open tickets, but at next login(s) he has to do this again and again.
When I change his profile settings and set the item "show all tickets" to "YES", He sees all tickets in the system (so not only the ones assigned to him and/or his groups), but his standard view only shows the "open tickets" when he logs in, which is desired.
Is there a way to solve this?
