I have created two entities (representing two different departments) as a child of the root entity. Under setup\notification\Setup tab (Function Configuration) I would like to configure a different email address for each entity. Unfortunately the email address that I put in for the entity I want changes the email address for all the other entities as well.
In other words basically:
We have two different IT departments (entities) responsible for different areas, I want each one to get the appropriate tickets based on the notification email address configured for that entity.
How can I correct this? Thank you.
