hierarchy entities & users

Hi everybody !

I from Brazil and new here. Sorry for the poor english, but i have one question.
   
I´ve three entities, one main and two sub-entities, thus forming a tree.

I created two main users within the entity, which will make the whole care for herself and the sub-entities. I also created five users who are part of the sub-entities for example, now when a user opens such a ticket, the two main users within the entity can not see this ticket. They should not see this ticket? What is the correct configuration that I have to do?

The users on Main entity have a marked the "recursive" in the user?
