Cant "Add New Followup" in 0.71
After having upgraded from 0.70.2 to 0.71, when I am editing a ticket it will not allow me to add a new follow up. I am using FF3. Any ideas?

maybe a cache problem of firefox. Reload the page or empty your cache.
