template for mail is not support by the developpement team.

for the moment
With all improvement of mailing system in glpi since 0.68, this template feature should be placed in next version imho (and not wait 0.8). At least, the default mail should be updated to be more readable by "simple users".
We actually use the "hack", I'll try to implement it in 0.71 during summer time, but i'm not a dev, if it don't work, don't count on me to debug big bugs
