Thanks in advance for helping answer this question. I have searched the forum for any mention or ability to create pre-written responses to clients for ticket situations that may repeat themselves very often over time. OTRS allows this when answering client requests, and I would like to make this happen in GLPI as it's the one of the major requirements for the ticketing system I am trying to set up.
This would be something like:
Accepted: Reason
Body Text
Denied: Reason
Body Text
Etc...

it is not possible now but it is planned to link knowbase and helpdesk.
Then, knowbase can contain prewritten responses
