Hi,
I've got an encoding problem.
When we create a follow up for a ticket and it contains symbols as > or é or è, the > symbols are written as > in the contents field of glpi_followups. The é and è are correctly written in the database.
However in the followup e-mail sent, we get a correct written > symbol, though the é and the è are written like é and è in the e-mails. This is very annoying and I have no idea how to solve this.
I hope someone can help me with this.
Kind regards
Yves
PS Using GLPI 0.70.2 on debian
