Hi,
Can someone guide me in the install/use of this plugin?
I installed it and when i go to setup->plugins I can configure the plugin, but then what?
I don't see the plugin below plugins in the main menu.
When I go to tools->reports, I don't see anything referring to this plugin.
What am I doing wrong?

Ok tnx, I found it, but have an issue with the rights assignment.
I want the technician profile to be able to generate these reports, so in setup->plugins->intervention reports-> rights management, I assign 'write' rights to the 'technician' profile.
But still, technicians don't have the plugins tab when they open a ticket.
I noticed when I set "show all tickets" to "yes" under "vision" in the technician profile, the plugins tab becomes visible for technicians when they open a ticket.
But I don't want technicians to view all tickets...
Any suggestions/solution?
