How do I change a ticket entity?

I've installed GLPI and we've started using it and putting tickets on our systems.  Currently everyone is assigned to the "Root Entity".  I have a user, say "Test User" who has created a ticket under the "Root Entity".  I've now started to try to create a structure using entities.  The problem is the ticket still stays as "Root Entity" even though I've changed "Test User" to a sub entity of the root.

So how do I change the entity the ticket is attached too?

Also is there a way to change the name of the "Root Entity".  I'd like to change it to our company name so it shows that instead of "Root Entity" in emails being sent out to users.

Thanks!

Re: How do I change a ticket entity?

1. Change your Entity scope to the right entity: click on "Root Entities (see All)" on the 4th line on the right side and select the entity desired;
2. Create a ticket in this new scope.
