Unreadable reports when some data is in Russian Language

Hi!

Dear collegues, I've got strange situation with reports (any reports). When I generate report (PDF, CVS) all russian letters are appearing as "??????". But they are all correct in the monitor. Is there the way to fix it?

for PDf it is normal because export in PDF do not support UTF8.
For CSV or SLK if you use a tool which can read UTF8 you will not have any problem (openoffice...)
