I'm using the latest RC build of glpi for testing, with the import of our database from an older glpi version we now have an issue.
While creating a ticket, it uses template 1 which I created, but after choosing the category it does a full page reload (Which is normal I'm told) but then it loads the Default template which has fields that are hidden in the one I created.
Does anyone have any idea why it suddenly loads a different template I don't want to use?
Deleting it is not an option as it won't let me, the only solution I found so far is editing the default template. But still I'd prefer if it wouldn't load a whole different template after simply choosing a ticket category.
