I have tested it in 9.3 and it works perfect.
]]>found a little cosmetic bug in Ticket timeline.
When a post-only user approve a solution the solotion color on left side will not switch from yellow to green.
Try to make a request, solution and approval the solution only with a tech account it will work fine.
This happens in 9.3 and 9.3 bugfix too.
Its only cosmetic, it works: ticket is closed in all cases.
Maybe someone can give a little attention to this or can help to solve.
