CLI MODE : you have to set up a cron that launches glpi/front/cron.php every x minutes -> ( more reliable 24h/24 7d/7)
GLPI Mode: actions in glpi triggers automatic tasks -> if no action ( week end, overnight) no mailgate.
1. I create receiver to create tickets by email. I have connection to my email.
When i "Get email tickets now" i got information in task:
"Number of messages: available=1, retrieved=1, refused=1, errors=0, blacklisted=0"
Why GLPI refused my email?
2. Can i set rule or something else in GLPI that emails while by add to the system automatically?
I use GLPI 9.1.6 / Fedora Server 26
