[BUG?]Show tickets create by my Groups

Hi,

Coz of the limitation of the group management in the current version I'm trying another approach.
I noticed a little issue. I got 2 users which I make member of the same group.
Both users have the same profile. In the settings of that profile I've set the following:
- Show all tickets: NO
- Show tickets create by my Groups: YES

So, when User1 creates a ticket it should be seen by user2, right?(coz there in the same group)
This isn't the case. All suggestions are welcome.

Hello,

You speak about bug (perhaps) but you don't give us the version of GLPI you use...

Hello,

You speak about bug (perhaps) but you don't give us the version of GLPI you use...

Ok, problem solved.
My bad, sorry (different entities)

EDIT: This problem doesn't seem to be solved.
Users report me they can not see each others tickets, they are in the same group and in the same entity. (I'm not at work so can't check this now, but I guess there really is a problem)

Anyone who also sees this?

Rights set below Vision:
See assigned tickets (personnal + group associated): Y       
Show tickets create by my groups: Y       
Show all tickets: N   
Show public follow-ups:Y
view all follow-ups (public and private): N    
View personnal planning: Y       
View all planning: N       
Item statistics: Y

GLPI 0.70.2 on debian etch
All users are in the root entity.
Users belonging to the same group can not see each others tickets, while they should see them.
Do you need more info?
