Privileges for loans

Hello,
I've got a question and probably a feature request. To make a loan, we need to assign Write permission to 'Reservation Administration', right? But that also gives an user right to click 'Click to not authorize the loan' which deletes all loans history for particular device. IMO this is wrong.

Could you separate rights of creating new loan and unauthorizing the loan (which deletes history of loans)?

Hi,

I put it in the our TODO list.

But i think that anyway loan history must not be deleted.
