GLPI automatically import tickets from mailbox.

Hi,

First iam new here, and i can use some help.
We have to new version installed of GLPI, for our service-desk we like to have GLPI automatically import tickets from our mailbox.
I have searched the internet for any guides but i cant find anything about it.

Someone that have a step by step guide for me how to config this ?

and is there a general guide where i can found things how to configure?

To Bad that this forum is dead you ask for support and no one can help you, also there is not info no guide to found on YouTube or internet.
