Bug in Create ticket web page

Hello

I found the bug in Create Ticket web page. When you add description with enters and change e.g. ticket category, the enters will be removed. After changing category we also lost attached files.

How to fix it?

version: 9.2.3

Have you a template affected to your category?

What template?
The issue also occure when you change actor. If you add description and then change actor or category, you will see that description does not have enters.

if you change category and you have tickets template associated to your categories, GLPI reloads template and resets description.

check if tou have set default description in defaut template.

if work with 9.2.3 and it works fine. ( no reset when no template)

check if this issue comes from a plugin .

do you have some plugin activated ?

Hi, I have the same problem, I use form templates for incidents and requests categories.
The user select a category, the attach some file.
If the user change de category, glpi deletes de atached file.

Any idea? It's a bug or it's a normal behavior?

I have only one template and I don't have plugins.
