[9.2.3] image insertion in mail ticket notification

Hi,
I'm using v9.2.3 and still experiencing the issue described here.
In mail notification images do not display properly, the link is incomplete.
ex : glpi/front/document.send.php?docid=3446&tickets_id=5565
Is there a quick fix that can be applied somewhere in the settings ?
