Use calender for ur entity.
You can mark this threat as [resolved] in subject of your threat. (This is only available edit of the first post.) It is good for users who help others to quickly see which post is still open.

May I follow up on this. I think I have the same problem.
I was asked to set the "Time to resolve" to be prefilled as 'now + 3 working days'. We only work from Mon-Fri, 0900-1500.
So I created a template for this which is somehow working. Time to resolve is being set to a time in 3 days. but it dosn't respect the calendar.
I have setup the entity and calendar as KKAdmin mentioned.
Home - Administration - Entities
section Assistance
option -Calender - (choose your calender or create one)Edit calender
Home - Setup - Dropdowns - Calendars (if you created one - you are no here)

Hopefully somebody is able to help with that. Thanks!

You have to make sure that you have edited the correct calender. Correct means the calender which is assigned to your helpdesk section. This can be another calender as set in your entity.

Thanks again for that quick reply, I really appreciate your time. Sorry for the small pictures, I am somehow not allowed to post links.
So, I do have a calendar which looks like this:
==========================================================================================================================
-> Administration -> Entities -> Assistance -> Calendar and
==========================================================================================================================
-> Setup -> General -> Assistance -> Limit of the schedules for planning
==========================================================================================================================
-> Setup -> Dropdowns -> Calendar
==========================================================================================================================
But, when I now add a new ticket it sets the time to resolve at sunday which is what I am trying to prevent

Several things to look:
- which calendar is used in your ticket template ?
- how about your sla rules ?
Please check. In my installation it works nice

Hey,
I really appreciate your help. I tried to find what you suggested. In my ticket template there is no option to assign a calender and I found something called rules but wasn't able to set any calendar in any of the categories.
We will stop any further effort on this and just leave it as it is, maybe switch to another product in the future.
Thanks again!
Bye
