Steps to reproduce (which actions have you made) :
After the Technician give the solution the user must approve the ticket, when this approves sends to the summary of the ticket.
Expected result :
I hope that when the user approves the solution of the case, it will be redirected to the satisfaction survey so that it proceeds to fill out the survey at the same moment that it approves the case.
Actual result :
At the moment of approval, the redirection is made to the ticket and not to the satisfaction survey
