Search by memory size in assets, computers

Hi everyone!

I haven't been able to search by memory size in assets, computers. I mean, the query shows the memory size of every computer perfectly but I cannot search by size, example: 16GB. It shows nothing. And, exactly the same thing happens with the hard drive size.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

To search by quantity of RAM you can use the "Components - Memory" criterion (sadly it only has "is" and "is not" operators, no "less than" nor "greater than") and type in the quantity of RAM in MB wihout the unit.
For example if I want to find computers having exactly 32GB of RAM I can use:

[Components - Memory] [is] [32768]

The value input field in the search supports ">" and "<" when using "is" and "is not" operators for numeric fields.

In this case "> 32768" would show everything with more than 32GB of memory.
">= 32768" would show everything with 32GB or more.

Thanks I did not know about this "feature" (tested: works on both v9.5.11 and v10.0.5).
