Forms creator

Hello,

It's possible using Forms Creator, to create a form where requester can set his boss as observer?

Or at least a domain rule, where user choose in a specific field of type actor his boss, and the rule send an email to boss if that field is with data.

In my case in particular i have a form to media devices requests. And if workers have requests with more then 3 days or weekends, they need to inform his boss.
