You don't have permission to perform this action. But Why?

Help dear users:

1. I had installed GLPI on a. Ubuntu 16.01 & b. XAMPP - Windows 10

2. On both platforms I have the same problem:

a. Login with glpi/glpi
b. Go to: Management -> Add Contract -> I can add contract with all the fields.
c. Open that contract and -> Add Items -> Add an item (ex. controller link) - click on ADD => You don't have permission to perform this action.

On the Contract Object  I can:

a. Page Contract: - Modify all the fields.
b. Page Costs: - I can add a cost
c. Page  Add a supplier - error: You don't have permission to perform this action.
d. Page Add an Item - error: You don't have permission to perform this action.
e. Page Add a document - I can upload documents.
f. Page Notes - I can add a note.
g. Page Link a knowledge base entry - You don't have permission to perform this action.

Permisions on object: - Profile Super Admin -

Do you have rights on the item (ex. controller link) ?

Hi,
I have the same problem after upgrading from 0.84.8 to 9.2.3.
I receive permission deny error adding a contract to an item with a profile that have all right to manage devices and contracts.
If I change with super-admin profile works correctly. where can I find which permission negate to link contract?
