Child Entities + Email

Hello

I need help to configure email for child entities. My configuration is:

Entitie A: send email correct
           Child Entite A (B): don't send email support after create ticket.

Glpi 9.2.2

Thanks for your response.
My configuration is correct, I try test email and it's ok.
when i create a ticket, glpi doesn't create mail in queue.
how to check the problem or view tracing log?
how I change log options (i.e verbose option)?
