Re: recurring tickets is not working

For the first time you should check cron log in /usr/share/glpi/files//_log/cron.log.
You should find strings with "ticketrecurrent" word and string above with time of launching.

"Внутренний #1: Запуск ticketrecurrent" in my case.

Also you should enable cron task for recurring tickets in Setup -> Automatic actions -> ticketrecurrent.

Re: recurring tickets is not working

You are welcome!

As i understand you can define date and time. Also you should select a period of ticket creation and preliminary time.

So, i think that in your case you should change ticket creation and/or preliminary time.

In the definition of your recurrent ticket
Start date 28th of October
Periodicity 3 months
but you must use a calendar for
For the time you must define it in the automatic action (begin of run period)

Re: recurring tickets is not working

Preliminary creation means the ticket is created before the start date (value of preliminray)

Re: recurring tickets is not working

aha , do you mean that for configuring a recurring ticket we need to
1- link to an asset
2- link to a ticket template
3- set the starting date
4- set a calendar
5- set a  Periodicity (frequency of recreation)
6- set a Preliminary creation to create the ticket before the starting date .

and as per the previous steps , recurring configuration the function should work perfectly .

please add any missing step

Hi every one, sorry but my english its not good, so a try to make my best effort in the language :-).

i have a problem with some tickets recurrent in my GLPI 9.1.6, some this ticket add tickets or assings to user that is not declarated in the template of the ticket, for example.

if i schedule a ticket without user in the assigment filed, when automatic action run and make the ticket recurrent, assing in this a ramdom user.

Other problem is that sometimes assings random task of random users.

In the logs appears that cron_ticketrecurrents assings this items.
