Asign Technician to task

Good Morning everybody,

I'm new here, my name is Saufek from SPain, i am greatful be here with you.

Now i try GLPI, and sometimes i have some problems and doubts.

Now i try this option and i can't found the solution i hope you can help me pls :

When user create ticket with mail and a technician answer him with mail too , the glpi can automactly asign the ticket to technician who reply the mail?
